Delivery



Items in stock will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 working days. In all cases we will do the utmost to ship the goods out to you as soon as we can. Although subject to change & without warning we generally dispatch on a Tuesday & Thursday for orders received the day before by 15.00 hrs GMT. In all other cases please allow 28 days for delivery.

We use 'UK-Mail' Couriers (UK), Royal Mail (Eire) and Fedex Priority to Europe and the Rest of the World. All orders are insured against loss or damage in transit.

UK - 1 -2 working days to majority of areas.
North America - 2-3 working days
Europe - 2-4 working days
Rest of World - 3 - 5 working days

All delivery schedules are projected. We assume no liability for delays to make delivery due to conditions over which we have no control, including the delays of carriers, import customs formalities where applicable, accidents, strikes or any other unavoidable cause.

Payment by Cheque, Postal Order & International Money Order



We accept payment by cheque, postal order and International Money order. Simply select your goods and complete your personal information on the jagoeurope.com website, you will then be prompted to print off your order-form. Finally pop it in an envelope with your chosen method of payment made payable to Jago Europe Ltd and send to:

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds



All we ask is that the goods should be returned unworn in new condition in their original packaging within 7 working days of receipt. Please take care not to crease or soil the shoes when trying them on. White or light shoes that are soiled will not be accepted for return. We will be obliged to refuse the return of any shoes if they are worn or have any marks or creases on them.

Upon a satisfactory inspection result we will issue a full refund on receipt of your returned goods, as soon as possible or if you prefer we will exchange the item for a different style, size or colour. For refunds we do reserve the right to use any method of payment. There will be a postal charge applied to your replacement shipment. We regret we are unable to refund any postage fees paid by you.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note, the item is your responsibility for cost and risk until it reaches us. For items shipped outside of the UK, any customs, import duties, taxes, clearance or import documentation charges incurred will be for the account of the sender. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and is trackable/signed for.


Shipping Procedure for Returns



Please complete the tear off slip provided on your advice note, this should accompany your returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please do not use adhesive tapes on the inner shoebox or write on it. We suggest you cover the box in suitable & orignal packaging when returning it to us -


Returning goods from outside the European Union?



Please ensure your package AND waybill/address label is clearly marked

"RETURNS - RELIEF CLAIMED"

If you do not do this - there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for any charges.

If you are returning items from outside the EU via DHL, UPS or any other 'Courier Service', there are often clearance charges levied by them once the goods arrive in the UK, and they will usually demand proof that duty has been paid. Please note, if these charges are raised, we will have to charge it to you. Please ensure that the Carrier concerned is AWARE that these are Returned Goods. It maybe suggested you use a trackable/signed for Insured premium AIRMAIL service via the Postal service of your country in preference.

Haven't received what you ordered?



If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail care@jagoeurope.com or write to us quoting your order number, your name, tel no and address & details of the product. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We regret we cannot process exchanges or refunds unless the terms above are complied with.
